The family room has a LED TV with cable, DVD and surround sound system. Even more entertainment can be found in the games room with pool table, air hockey tables

There is a formal dining area that seats 6 plus a breakfast bar table with 2 bar stools.

The home features a master bedroom with a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bedroom with 2 twin beds and lastley a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds.. All bedrooms have flat screen LED TVs and ceiling fans. The home also has 3 bathrooms.

Enjoy relaxing in the swimming pool with Jacuzzi after a long day at the theme parks. The pool deck has a covered lanai with patio furniture and sun loungers. There is also a pool safety fence for those with children. The pool can be heated at an additional cost.

The laundry room is equipped with a washer & dyer, iron and ironing board. Linens and towels are provided. The house is air conditioned throughout and has free Wifi.

Please note. Some of our homes may be furnished with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. *POOL HEAT NO AVAILABLE ON THIS HOUSE.

Please be aware about the parking rules at the community there's a limit of 2 vehicles that can be parked at the drive way, otherwise the community will take applicable actions on it.
